Isaacs/Jellinek's team of highly skilled professionals has more than forty years of practical experience in philanthropy. Its principals include:

Stephen Isaacs – An attorney, writer-editor, and former Columbia University professor of public health, Mr. Isaacs has extensive experience in health, philanthropy, social development, and human rights, both domestically and internationally. He is an advisor to many foundations on strategic development, program planning, assessment, and communications, and he edits The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Anthology series and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy series.

Paul Jellinek – A former vice-president of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and an experienced leader in philanthropy, Dr. Jellinek has a proven track record of developing and managing complex national initiatives that have broken new ground and have had lasting national impact. He has assisted numerous foundation and foundation-funded organizations in developing, implementing, and evaluating their grantmaking strategies and programs, and has helped them to find creative ways to leverage their impact.
